What I learned about food myths

In answering these questions, I got into simple research and managed to gather a few facts to present on the topic. There could be many but I focused on a few common and persistent myths about food. I need to mention that I had to ask the nutritionist to help explain this.

Let us seriously look at them:

Uptake of too much fatty food would make one become fat.

Is this true? What I gathered is that fat in itself contains more calories than proteins but, essentially, it is still a very important component of every diet. If you still feel this myth is objectively meaningful you have alternatives of keeping up with a restricted diet.

Staying away from too much sugar would help you who have diabetes at a low risk of constant attacks.

Does this mean when you have diabetes sugar is restricted? One thing I learned here is that sugar can be used by any patient with diabetes, simply as an ingredient of a diet. It does not mean that it is literary sugar in itself that is dangerous. Mind you we all need to know that blood sugar can be derived from several other foods. To be on the safe side, you better engage in ensuring that you do use sugar and also other supplements that can make you live a 100% healthy lifestyle.

There you go! It actually took me 10 minutes in contact with the nutritionist to learn all this. You can read further from the internet as well to live a healthy life.

Eating too much Egg yolks is indeed too unhealthy for humans.

Really? I remember my nutritionist explaining that this one is not true. She said that yolks are an important nutritional value to any human. In fact, she pointed out that a yolk alone contains half of our day’s required chlorine — an essential nutrient for the brain. There you go! Do not waste the yolk now. Ensure it is the first to include in your meal. Some latest research shows that dietary cholesterol does not affect blood cholesterol levels as people used to think previously. She indicated the more reason why eggs are an important item on the breakfast menu — it is simply because eggs are filled up with protein and fat. This alone will keep us from overeating the rest of the day. A combination with supplements makes our eating much healthier, surely.

Too little or more water intake is very dangerous in our lives!

What? Some people will usually advise or say that there are a specific number of glasses of water we need to take up each day to stay healthy. The nutritionist told me that it is not like that but rather the uptake of water in one’s daily life depends entirely on the activity levels, such as exercises, etc, and as well as the temperate levels in that particular place we are or live. She mentioned that humans need to learn to spot health times to drink water — solely knowing when they are thirsty equally within meals and in between meals. What I learned here is that we probably have to take water anytime we need to — just as we need nutrients and calories. Hear this: drinking tea; taking soup; and eating fruit, contribute heavily to water intake. The only caution with this is to make sure we are in control of such ingredients as sodium, sugar, and caffeine.

Certainly, if we sidestep indulging in eating too much food we will lose weight.

Wow!

If we say I will lose weight by not eating too much food is true, I better stop right now and shed a pound. My nutritionist laughed a little as she explained this point. You see her words indicated that it is all about a balanced meal that upholds healthy eating and healthy living habits. She said those of us who are in a habit of restricting our eating — saying not to eat too much — end up creating a psychological association with prohibited foods. And this will even cause them to overeat when they are eating them.

Weight loss is a special undertaking that requires planning and research. Using some advanced healthy proven products will help you even lose weight so fast without any side effects.

In conclusion, I personally learned that it is not eating too much fatty food that would make us fat but the unbalanced diet. The amounts of certain food ingredients make us respond to foods otherwise. We also need to dispute the assertion that staying away from sugar will help us stay longer if we suffer from diabetes. There is nothing unhealthy about eating egg yolks, after all, it is very important to have them in our meals. Water is life! We need to drink as much as we can afford so we can remain healthy. Lastly, it is not when you eat too little portions of food that your weight will be controlled but your effort to do that by making sure you plan an efficient weight loss program.
